Your collection is already set up for you with fields and content. Add your own content or import it from a CSV file. Ingredients
1 salmon fillet (150g)
1/2 zucchini, sliced (100g)
1/2 bell pepper, chopped (75g)
1 tbsp olive oil (15ml)
1/2 tsp garlic powder (2g)
1/2 tsp dried oregano (2g)
1/2 tsp paprika (2g)
1/2 lemon, sliced (30g)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillet in the center of the baking sheet.
Arrange the zucchini and bell pepper around the salmon.
Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the salmon and vegetables.
Season the salmon and vegetables with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Lay lemon slices on top of the salmon for extra flavor.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Best Paired With: Brown rice or quinoa.
