Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (30g)

1/2 cup almond or coconut milk (120ml)

    1/2 tsp vanilla extract (2.5ml)

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (5g)

    Fresh berries for topping (50g)

Preparation

In a small mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond or coconut milk, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup.

Stir well to evenly distribute the chia seeds.

Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent the chia seeds from clumping together.

Cover the bowl or transfer the mixture to a jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

Once the pudding has thickened to a gel-like consistency, stir again before serving.

Top with fresh berries and enjoy.

Best Paired With: Green tea or a protein smoothie.
