Rebecca Jolly is the founder and director of the Spirit of Ukraine Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Iliff, Colorado. Established in 2023, the foundation is dedicated to delivering humanitarian and medical aid to communities affected by the ongoing crisis in Ukraine. Under Jolly's leadership, the organization has provided critical assistance to over 6,000 individuals, distributing more than $83,000 in medical aid and over $8,000 in humanitarian supplies in 2024 alone. The foundation operates entirely through the efforts of volunteers, including Jolly herself, who serves without financial compensation.
